Day 1. Delhi
On arrival at Delhi Airport, meet India Luxury Train Representative who will assist the transfers to the hotel for overnight.
Day 2. Delhi
After breakfast, full day Delhi sightseeing tour including a visit to the Rajghat (Cremation site of Mahatma Gandhi), Red Fort, Jama Masjid, Qutub Minar & India Gate (War Memorial). Drive past President House & Parliament House in the evening and experience the illustrious Indian democracy. Overnight stay.
Day 3. Delhi – Mandawa
In morning, drive to Mandawa (260 km / 06 hr). Upon arrival, transfer to hotel. In afternoon, begin the sightseeing of this Shekhawati kingdom famous for its Havelies (traditional mansions) and Forts. In the evening, enjoy the picturesque view of the desert state. Overnight stay.
Day 4. Mandawa – Nawalgarh – Mandawa
After breakfast, drive to Nawalgarh (120 km/ 03 hr drive). Enjoy excursion to the decorated Havelis at Nawalgarh worth a mention are Jodhraj Patodia Haveli, Anandi Lal Poddar Haveli, Chokhani Haveli and Bansidhar Bhagat Haveli. Later drive back to Mandawa. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 5. Mandawa – Bikaner
After breakfast, drive to Bikaner (185 km / 5 hr). On arrival, transfer to the hotel. In afternoon, proceed for sightseeing tour includes a visit to the historic Junagarh Fort, Bikaner Palace and Golden Jubilee Museum. Overnight stay.
Day 6. Bikaner – Khimsar
After breakfast, drive to Khimsar (157 km / 04 hr). Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Khimsar is known for wide hued experiences. The battle scarred walls and turrets of Khimsar Fort remind on of the glorious past. Now, the legacy of Khimsar Fort is alive as one of the premier heritage hotels in India. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 7. Khimsar – Jaisalmer
After breakfast, drive to Jaisalmer (305 km / 07 hr drive). On arrival, transfer to hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.
Day 8. Jaisalmer
After breakfast, devote a full day to explore Jaisalmer, the iconic Rajasthani destination known for its deserts, rich music, arts and dance performances. Visit 12th-15th century Jain temples, Folk Museum, Gadisar Tank & colorfully painted frescoed homes known as Havelies. In the evening, drive to Khuri Village & Sand Dunes, 45 km south west of Jaisalmer. It is a delightfully charming site with beautiful mud and straw decorated houses. Further proceed for 1 km away from the village; you can magnificent patches of sand dunes. You can have camel ride here. People & village life can be seen on the way to Khuri in various villages. Overnight stay.
Day 9. Jaisalmer – Osian – Jodhpur
After breakfast, drive to Jodhpur i.e. 290 km and 07 hr drive. Enroute visit Osian Temples. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay.
Day 10. Jodhpur
Explore Jodhpur, post breakfast. Begin an excursion to Mehrangarh Fort, Mahamandir Temple, Jaswant Thada, Clock Tower and Mandore Gardens. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 11. Jodhpur – Ranakpur - Mount Abu
After breakfast, drive to Ranakpur (185 km / 05 hr). Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Later visit the Ranakpur temples. The intricately carved white marble in temples is so well preserved it belies the temple's 500 years. The temple dedicated to the Sun God is famed for its erotic sculpture. Later drive to Mount Abu (153 km / 02 hr) and overnight stay.
Day 12. Mount Abu
The highest point of southern Rajasthan, Mount Abu or Mt Abu is an idyllic paradise and the only hill station in the state of deserts. Often termed as an oasis in the desert, Mt Abu's attractions revolve around Nakki Lake, alpine forests and wildlife forests. Various points in this retreat are also captivating. Sunset Point, Honeymoon Point and the Crags are to name a few. Enjoy exploring the retreat completely. At noon, enjoy boating in Nakki Lake. Overnight in Hotel
Day 13. Mount Abu – Dilwara Temples – Mount Abu
Morning post breakfast, leave for Dilwara Temples (2 ½ km). Built by Chalukya dynasty between the 11th and 13th centuries, Dilwara Temples are known for their stunning use of marble and are a sacred pilgrimage site for Jains. The architectural perfection and ornamental detailing of these marble temples make 5 temples of Dilwara complex stand out from the rest of the temples in Rajasthan. Return back to Mount Abu after the excursion. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight stay.
Day 14. Mount Abu – Udaipur
After breakfast leave Mount Abu for Udaipur (190 km / 05 hr). Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 15. Udaipur
After breakfast, drive to Udaipur (190 km / 05 hr). Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel in this luxury capital of Rajasthan. Enjoy boating in Lake Pichola, overlooked by Aravalis. Visit City Palace and Lake Palace in the middle of mesmerizing Lake Pichola. Later visit Eklingji Temple. Overnight stay.
Day 16. Udaipur – Chittorgarh
After breakfast, drive to Chittorgarh (114 km / 02 ½ hr). Later visit Chittorgarh Fort, Vijay Stambh (Victory Tower), Kirti Stambh (Tower of Fame), Rana Kumbha Palace, etc. Overnight stay.
Day 17. Chittorgarh – Pushkar
After breakfast, drive to Pushkar (177 km / 03 ½ hr) . Later visit Pushkar, the holy town dwelling around a sacred pond. Visit the only Brahma Temple in the world in Pushkar. Afternoon visit Pushkar Lake, one of the holiest places of India and site of the Pushkar Mela. Overnight stay.
Day 18. Pushkar – Ajmer – Jaipur
After breakfast, visit important temples in Pushkar - Savitri Temple, Mahadeva Temple, Rangji Temple, and Varaha Temple. Again visit Pushkar Lake, the center of attraction in Pushkar. Later drive to Jaipur (142 km / 03 hr). Enroute visit Dargah Sharif. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day is free for leisure. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 19. Jaipur
After breakfast, visit to Amber Fort, which was once the center of Jaipur kingdom. Still tourists can feel the grandeur of this castle by availing Elephant ride / Jeep Safari to ascend hill on top of which the fort is situated. Afternoon city tour of Jaipur visiting the Hawa Mahal, the palace of winds, the Observatory or the Jantar Mantar. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 20. Jaipur – Fatehpur Sikri – Agra
After breakfast drive to Agra (232 km / 5 hr). Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri, the old Mughal capital still preserved in good condition. Upon arrival in Agra, visit the world famous Taj Mahal, Agra Fort and Itmad-ud-Daulah (Baby Taj). Overnight stay in the hotel.
Day 21. Agra – Delhi – Out
After breakfast drive to Delhi (203 km / 04 hr). Upon arrival, transfer to the airport to board the flight for onward destination.
