Day 1. Arrive Chennai

Day 2. Chennai - Ooty
Begin full day city tour of Chennai with a visit to India's longest beach, Marina. Later, visit St. George Fort, the first structure of East India Company. This building is now utilized as the state government's secretariat. Further the city tour with a visit to the 15th century colonial structure of Santhome Cathedral, Kapaleeshwara Temple and Parthasarthy Temple. Ooty is one of the dream destinations in southern part of India. A part of Nilgiri Mountains, this hill station is bestowed with natural greens and gardens. Day 6. Ooty - Mysore
Drive to Mysore (130 km/4 hr). Afternoon, visit the famous Brindavan Garden (19 km. from Mysore) duly illuminated. Overnight stay.
Day 7. Mysore
Full day city tour involving a visit to Maharaja's Palace (one of the biggest in the country) Chamarejendra Art Gallery, Nandi (Bull Vehicle of Shiva), huge figure of Demon Mahishasura on whom the city Mysore got its name. Other attractions to explore in Mysore include a visit to the factories of the natural products Mysore is famous for. These include Government Silk Factory and Government Sandalwood Oil factory. Overnight stay.
Day 8. Mysore - Bangalore
Morning drive to Bangalore (140 km/3 hr). Check into hotel. Afternoon city tour of Bangalore invites you to visit Lalbagh Botanical Gardens, a grand reminder of British Raj. Extending over 240 acres, this garden is famous for its extensive variety of roses and glass house. Further the city tour with a visit to Basvanagudi, famous as Bull Temple. Later this day, visit Tipu's Palace, the summer residence of Tipu Sultan. Overnight in Hotel.
Day 9. Bangalore Out
